Where We Have Been Working
Premier Clean & Seal is a team of experienced mastic men and silicone applicators working across Greater Manchester and the wider North West. Over the years we have sealed everything from Premier League changing rooms to hospital plant rooms, hotel bathrooms, school washrooms and brand new housing plots.

We have worked on more than one area of the Manchester City site, both in the first team building and over at the academy. Every visit was booked around a live training and match schedule, so the work had to be clean, quiet and finished on the day it was promised.

Hospitals are the strictest sites we work on and the ones we are asked back to most. We have completed plant rooms, staff quarters, offices and clinical washrooms, working in phases so wards and departments stayed open throughout.

Hotels & Spas
Lakeside Hotel & Spa and Farrington Lodge
Hotel bathrooms take a beating. Once a bead starts to discolour or peel away from the bath, guests notice it straight away and it ends up in the reviews. Our cut-out and reseal service strips the tired silicone out completely and replaces it with a colour matched bead that photographs well and boosts the bathroom’s cleanliness.
We work room by room so the hotel keeps trading, and we can turn rooms around quickly between check out and check in where the schedule is tight.

Education
Chorlton High School & Manchester University
School and university work is nearly always about timing. Washrooms, changing rooms and labs have to be finished and fully cured before pupils and students come back through the door.
We plan these jobs around half terms, holidays and quiet periods, and leave every area cleaned down and ready to use.

Commercial & New Build
Head Over Heels and New Build Housing
Alongside the big contract work we seal commercial fit outs and brand new homes. On a new build we are usually last in before handover, so the mastic and silicone has to be right first time and the area has to be left spotless.
That covers kitchen worktops and basins, shower trays and baths, skirtings, window and door perimeters, and expansion joints.

Areas We Cover
We are based in Leigh and most of our domestic work is within about half an hour from Leigh. Our commercial and hospitality teams travel right across the North West, and we regularly work in Manchester, Liverpool, Cheshire and all over Lancashire.

Common Questions
Questions About Our Project Work
Do you work on live and occupied buildings?
Almost all of our work is on live sites. Hospitals, hotels and schools cannot shut down for us, so we phase the work, keep the area screened and clean, and hand each section back as soon as the sealant has cured.
Do you only take on large contracts?
No. We are just as happy resealing one bathroom as we are running a full build clean across a site. Smaller domestic and one-off jobs are booked in alongside our contract work.
How far do you travel?
We are based in Leigh and cover Greater Manchester, Wigan, Bolton, Warrington, Cheshire, Merseyside and Lancashire as standard. As the Lake District job shows, we will travel further for the right project.
Can you work nights, weekends or shutdown periods?
Yes. A lot of our school, hotel and hospital work is done out of hours, at weekends or during planned shutdowns so the building is back in use for the next working day.
How long before the area can be used again?
Most sanitary silicones need around 24 hours to cure properly before the joint gets wet. We will tell you the exact time on the day and, where the programme is tight, we plan the order of work so nothing is held up.
Will you tidy up after the work?
Always. Old sealant, masking and debris go with us, and the area is wiped down and left ready to use. On build cleans and sparkle cleans that finish is the whole point of the job.
