How quickly will I get a quote?
Usually the same day. Send a few photos on WhatsApp and we can often give you a ballpark straight away, with a firm fixed price to follow. Larger contracts and anything needing a site visit take a little longer, but we will tell you when to expect it.
Do you charge for quotes or site visits?
No. Quotes are free and there is no obligation, and we do not follow up with pushy sales calls. If a site visit is needed to price the job properly, that is free too.
How do you price the work?
By the room or the plot on bathrooms and kitchens, and by the metre on floor and joint runs. We do not work on day rates, so the number you get at the start is the number you pay at the end.
What information do you need from me?
A few photos, rough sizes or metres, what the building is used for, and any specification the sealant has to meet. Drawings or a plot schedule are ideal on larger jobs, but the site address alone is enough to get started.
Are you insured and can you supply RAMS?
Yes to both. We carry full public liability cover and send RAMS across before we arrive, along with anything else your site, school or principal contractor needs for induction. DBS-checked applicators are available where they are required.
