Do you charge to come out and quote in Manchester?

How quickly can you get to a job in the city centre?

We are based in Leigh, so most of Greater Manchester is a short drive. Single-bathroom work is usually scheduled within a few days. Larger commercial and estate work is planned around your access and occupancy.

Can you work around guests or tenants?

Yes, and for hotels and managed estates that is how we normally run it. Bathrooms are phased so only a small number are ever out at once, and we can time the work so silicone cures overnight.

Do you do whole buildings or just individual bathrooms?

Both. We take single domestic bathrooms and we run rolling programmes across entire estates. Large floor sealing contracts of 500m and upwards are a regular part of our commercial work.

How long before the bathroom can be used again?

24 hours for the silicone to fully cure. That is the standard across sanitary-grade products and it is not worth rushing — using a shower early is one of the most common causes of a fresh reseal failing.

Are you insured and accredited for commercial sites?

Yes. We carry public liability insurance and hold the accreditations procurement teams normally ask for. Tell us what your site requires and we will get the paperwork over before we start.
